Annapurna Circuit trek

Annapurna circuit trek provides an amazing vista of Annapurna (8,097), Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Lamjung, Manaslu, Machhapuchhre (6,993m), Tukuche peak etc. You will enjoy the ranges of views during the trek as it starts and finishes in the lush foothills of the Annapurna, scattered with different settlements. We will feel the spectacular change as we go into the barren scenery of the Tibetan highland where the way of life becomes mostly Buddhist.

Annapurna Circuit Trekking starts from Kathmandu and ends at Kathmandu. Hence, the trail goes anti-clockwise from Besisahar to Nayapul and reaches to Thorong La Pass at an altitude of (5,416m/17,769ft). Annapurna Circuit Trek has its own distinct feature. Annapurna Circuit Trekking personnel unanimously talk about the circuit for its scenic beauty of rivers, flora, fauna, and mountains. Despite, road construction in modern days has threatened this classic trekking location. Annapurna Circuit Trekking trail passes series of mountains like Manaslu and Dhaulagiri which is more than 8000m. Furthermore, Annapurna Circuit Trek also takes us to Manang, Jomsom and the Mustang region of Nepal which again gets us to familiar with the unbeatable Nepalese landscape, culture, tradition, and lifestyles over there as well ancient caves, frozen lakes, alpine valley, centuries-old monasteries.

On that day we are heading to Timang . Timang is very Beautyfull palce which is surrounded by Greenery Forest and White Mountain . On the way we can see some beautifull Waterfalls and Waves of River which make our Trek More intersting . The village of Timang stands high on a hill about 3-400m above Danakyu, it’s vantage point gives a jaw droppingly beautiful 360 degree view which take in the Annapurna range, the mighty Manasulu range and also several lesser but still stunning ranges. The view of the Manasulu range from Timang is particularly impressive, indeed I would even go as far to say that the views were so beautiful they were almost obscene, so good it was almost offensive. If anyone reading this decides to do the trail then I would highly recommend staying in Timang, waking up to those mountain views must be a truly. The scenery today continued to become more alpine in nature, we passed through many pine forests and past several rhododendron’s in full bloom.

On that Day Our Plan is Reaching at Dhikurpokhari. After Breakfast we follow roadway which is surrounded by Jungle . after 1 hours and 30 Minutes of Trek we reach Chame . our day starts with down hill walk for about an hour and level walk through pine forest and pasture field which takes us to Braga where we meet the road again and follow the road all the way to manang where you see colourful chortens ,monastery, Tibetan style house, culture and landscape. Perfect mountain view could been seen from here. After 4-5 hours of Tewkking we will reach to Manang which has altitude of 3540m, we will stay Overnight in tea house.

Today is acclimatisation day, which is best spent being active and climbing to higher elevations for views but returning to lower altitudes to sleep. Manang itself is in a spectacular location with many attractions. There are lakes, caves, moraine-hills, monasteries or local activities in town.

Today we leave Manang, & the trail makes an ascent of nearly 2000m to the Thorung La pass. We make the climb steadily through Tenki, leaving the Marshyangdi Valley. Continuing along the Jarsang Khola Valley, we reach Ledar at 4,250m, there we see the vegetation's steadily more sparse. This is snow leopard area.

The trail descends to cross the river at 4,310m we then climb up to Phedi at 4,420m and further more hike at High Camp at an elevation of 4,600m, we can find some good, recently built Guesthouses. Your overnight stay will be at High camp.

The trail now leaves the river valley and climbs steadily over lateral moraine. The pass, marked by a large cairn, is the high point of our trek at 5,416m. It is an exhilarating geographical feature, dividing 2 mighty Himalayan valleys. Far below to the west is the Kali Gandaki River. We descend in that direction for the village of Muktinath, located in a poplar grove. It is a sacred shrine and pilgrimage site for Hindus and Buddhists.

From Muktinath to Marfa, we see people from Mustang, a restricted area to the north, who comes to sell handicrafts to pilgrims. Among their merchandise is the highly-revered mollusk fossil called shaligram. We will pass some ancient caves and see the impressive white mountain that is Dhaulagiri. We also transit at the significant town of Kagbeni, which is at a junction of 2 rivers and the north-south and east-west trading routes.

Marpha, a lovely village of whitewashed houses and fertile fields, and continue down the Kali gandaki reaching the former Thakali trading centre of Tukche. As the trail continues, the Himalayan rain shadow blends into coniferous forest, and we reach the main river valley and Tatopani by Local Bus. From here there are spectacular views of Dhaulagiri and the Annapurna's. we will take a bath at Tatopani and stay in Hotel overnight there.

We drive to Pokhara from here and it takes around 7 hour. We will spend some time Pokhara, enjoy evening. Overnight in a hotel.

We fly back to Kathmandu and enjoy the leisure day. Leisure day at Kathmandu followed by farewell dinner & celebration. Leisure day at Kathmandu followed by farewell dinner & celebration. You can ask your guide to take you on a sightseeing trip inside Kathmandu Valley.
